Our Program: Men’s

Recovery Sober Living

Homes in Pueblo

The Vitality Sober Living program operates in affiliation with Hazelbrook Recovery and has two homes under one unified structure:

  • Ridge House – men’s sober living home in Pueblo, Colorado

  • Hollywood House – men’s sober living home in Pueblo, Colorado

 

Each house has capacity for 12 residents, for a total program capacity of 24 men. Residents in
both homes follow the same program expectations, rules, and supports. Our program is SSI, SSDI, and pension-friendly, ensuring recovery housing is accessible to individuals with fixed or disability income.

  • Intake Fee: $150 plus first week due at move-in

  • Scholarships: Offered when funding permits

Eligibility

We accept men who:

  • Are committed to abstinence-based recovery

  • Are willing to follow house rules and structure

  • Are ready to participate in a sober living community

We welcome residents:

  • On MAT (Suboxone, Methadone, Vivitrol)

  • On probation or parole

  • Coming from treatment, detox, incarceration, or homelessness

We do not accept:

  • Individuals with arson convictions

  • Individuals with sexual offense convictions

Certain violent offenses may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Service dogs may be considered after review and documentation.

Program Expectations

Residents agree to:

  • Participate in random UA/BA testing multiple times per week

  • Complete a weekly lab-based drug test through a third-party provider

  • Attend weekly one-on-one peer recovery coaching

  • Attend at least one outside recovery meeting per week

  • Maintain employment or structured programming (10–20 hours per week, depending on level and work status)

  • Follow curfew and daily schedules

  • Contribute to household duties and shared responsibilities

The program is structured to support men in strengthening their recovery while preparing for
independent living.

How to Apply

To begin:

  1. Complete the online application form

  2. Intake team reviews eligibility and fit

  3. A screening interview is scheduled

  4. If approved and a bed is open in Ridge House or Hollywood House, move-in can often occur quickly
