Vitality Sober Living provides structured recovery housing for adult men who are serious about building a stable, sober life. Vitality Sober Living operates as an affiliate organization of Hazelbrook Recovery.
Our program operates two shared sober living homes, the Ridge House and the Hollywood House, under a single set of program rules, expectations, and supports. Our program is SSI, SSDI, and pension-friendly, ensuring recovery housing is accessible to individuals with fixed or disability income.
